Project and product objectives

- The Fodem'10 should be an important event for Fedora EMEA Community. - Every Fosdem'10 Fedora Speakers, Guests and Ambassadors should not be worried with accomodations, restaurants booking, moves before and during the event. - Every Fosdem'10 Fedora Visitors should be satisfied after his visit to the Fedora Booth. - Local, French and Nederlands Press, Local IT professionals and Local IT students should be aware that Fedora is present at Fosdem'10.

• Kick Off - Talk with Bert about the scope of this project -.
• Study, Preliminary Scope and Project Charter have to be done.
• Budget Estimation.
• Call for stakeholders registration and needs as well as speakers proposals.
• Looking for interesting technical, philosophic subjects.
• Swags definition, strategy - Check with Max -. - DVD, Live DVD, Tee-shirts, Polo, Shirts -
• Technical exclusivity, or Mini Labs Preparation.
• Definition of the accommodation - Check with Max - ( Accommodation should have a room buffer )

• Fresh Cooks, Water and plastic glasses

Product acceptance criteria

It should be a great interesting and well organized event.

Project boundaries

Trip to brussels is the responsability of each one.

Trips, moves, restaurants, accommodations bills should be taken in charge.

Project delivrables.

Great three days Event in Brussels.

Initial project organization

Frederic Hornain, Bert Desmet and Vincent Ven der Kussen are going to take in charge all tasks associated that Project.
