Note that we are ''not'' asking for a direct financial contribution to our project; instead, we ask that sponsors directly pay some of our conference's expenses. This has the added benefit of tying your sponsorship to something important at our event, instead of just having your logo on a website.

Since we also don't know how many people will attend the conference, you can limit your sponsorship to a number of pre-registered attendees (we have commonly used 140 attendees in the past).
