FUDCon Toronto 2009 Survey

For surveying participants of FUDCon 2009 in Toronto.

Thank you for participating in the 2009 FUDCon Toronto survey!

This survey was developed to gather feedback from attendees of the December, 2009 FUDCon in Toronto.  The survey is designed for feedback from both in-person and FUDCon Live (via internet) attendees, as well as for those who were unable to attend, as we would like to understand why you were unable to attend.

This survey will be active from 12/16/2009 through 1/8/2010.
