Developments reflects a lot of anxious upgrading and "How to Open ACLs and Find Non-responsive Maintainers". Translation notes the "Upgraded Transifex". Infrastructure advises in "Change Requests" that the infra team is in freeze and lists all the approved recent changes and hotfixes.
