Add support for media repos in packagekit
Summary
Allow users to install packages offline from the installation media (using package kit) after the installation.

Detailed Description
Currently we have no way to add software packages from offline media (DVDs/CDs) after installation (Package Kit and yum-cli does not yet support it, and in apt and smart it's broken)
