Governance

A person responsible for managing features, the Feature Wrangler, is designated by the Fedora board and reports to FESCo as outlined here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-advisory-board/2007-June/msg00022.html

The feature owner is responsible for watching any owned pages for state changes, using the wiki watch feature.
