The '''Fedora Ambassador Day (FAD)''' is a regional event where Ambassadors and other interested members of the Fedora Community come together to plan for future Fedora events and get to know each other. We plan to have a FAD, usually in connection with other Fedora events, in each region about once per year.
The '''Fedora Activity Day (FAD)''' is a regional event (either one day or a weekend) that allows Fedora contributors to gather together in order to work on specific tasks related to the Fedora Project.


Fedora Ambassador Days are your chance to meet other Fedora community members (Ambassadors, Deveolpers) in person.
Originally, these meetings were used for local Fedora Ambassador groups to make their plans for the coming year, but the idea is being expanded to bring local contributors together in order to work on any projects related to Fedora.

FAD: Fedora Activity Day

The Fedora Activity Day (FAD) is a regional event (either one day or a weekend) that allows Fedora contributors to gather together in order to work on specific tasks related to the Fedora Project.

Originally, these meetings were used for local Fedora Ambassador groups to make their plans for the coming year, but the idea is being expanded to bring local contributors together in order to work on any projects related to Fedora.
