== ESR 17 Candidate Packages For Fedora ==
If you find a broken website,

[https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Reducing_testcases create a minimal testcase] and [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&component=firefox attach it to bugzilla].
We've prepared [http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/faq/ ESR 17] packages for Fedora 16 and 17 ''for testing purposes''. If you find a bug in them, please file it in [http://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora Red Hat Bugzilla] and note that it's an ESR package. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to [mailto:stransky@redhat.com stransky@redhat.com].

Especially Thunderbird 17 needs some extra love (see [https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/thunderbird-testers/2012-September/000094.html Call for testers]) because it's going to stay with us for a long time.

To participate in this effort, please install either [http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/channel/ binary packages from mozilla.org] or our RPMs for Fedora 16/17, which are available this way:

$ su -
# cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
# wget http://stransky.fedorapeople.org/17ESR/fedora_esr.repo
# yum install firefox thunderbird

The Fedora Firefox Team

We maintain Mozilla packages—Firefox, Thunderbird, and Seamonkey—in Fedora. If you have any problems, questions or concerns, feel free to file a bug in Red Hat Bugzilla or send an e-mail to

Martin Stransky <stransky@redhat.com> or

Jan Horak <jhorak@redhat.com>.

Troubleshooting

If your Red panda gets sick, here's a first aid kit.

If it dies in pain, you can at least cut open the dead body and send the guts to us.

If you find a broken website, create a minimal testcase and attach it to bugzilla.
