Fedora 40: X11 is now unsupported

For Fedora 40, the KDE SIG proposed the KDE Plasma 6 change which got accepted by FESCo.

As part of this change, we removed support for the X11 session in KDE Plasma packages in Fedora 40.

We understand that some users do not have alternative options to use Plasma 6 aside from using Plasma on X11.

Thus, the KDE SIG created a COPR of those KDE Plasma packages that tracks our packages in Fedora and rebuilds them with the X11 session subpackages automatically: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/kdesig/plasma6-x11-unsupported/

This provides a best-effort option that lets users that have no other options but to use X11, while explicitly marking those packages as unsupported and not binding the KDE SIG to guarantee that they work indefinitely.
