Description

Khmer free/libre font set created by Danh Hong of the Cambodian Open Institute.

Caveats

Need to get LGPLv2+ added to our font license page (administrative step, no real problem)
Need to convince upstream to do proper releases with detached license text
Should probably be broken-up in several subpackages, the composition of which needs to be discussed with upstream
