Looks like this package needs some formatting love. It has some raw CSS and incorrectly formatted lists that probably come from the pre-MediaWiki MoinMoin wiki days. The guidelines on this page could benefit from using macros. Based on a cursory examination of available packages, it seems the most common (and least-incorrect) practice in contemporary Fedoras is to use <code>%{prefix}/lib/mono</code> to specify the Mono directory, although I found several extant alternatives (including per-package definitions of <code>%{monodir}</code> and hardcoded paths).
