As root execute sh /usr/bin/setup-nsssysinit.sh off

Examine the configuration file with cat /etc/pki/nssdb/pkcs11.txt

The line with library=libnsssysinit.so should now read library=

The line with NSS=Flags=internal,moduleDBOnly,critical should now have NSS=Flags=internal,critical
