Description

This test is to check if the input displayed and printed out correctly in application such as Evolution Mail and Calendar, Open Office, and IRC etc.


How to test

  1. Select System -> Preferences -> Input Method.
    1. Check Enable input method feature, then click Input Method Preferences.
    2. Open Input Method column in the Ibus Preferences window, Then click Select Input Method to choose a language.
    3. Click add button and Close.
  2. Open an application, left click Ibus input method framework icon in the panel to select the input method.
  3. Input some texts like words, numbers, special characters into application.
  4. Select File -> Print to print out the page.

Expected Results

  1. Characters are displayed properly and not corrupted in applications.
  2. Words are printed out without error.
