The following is a list of activities for Sugar packaged for Fedora as of March 2012. These can be used to test the functionality of the Sugar desktop environment.
In Fedora, most sugar activities and packages are prefixed with "sugar-". Upstream activity descriptions (as used at activities.sugarlabs.org) typically do not use this prefix, and other Linux distributions may vary as to if they do or not.
If you go to activities.sugarlabs.org and install an ".xo" bundle from there, the version of the activity you are testing will not necessarily be the version found in Fedora, and its installation directory will not be the same. Sugar supports both system-wide and per-user installation of activities, with the per-user version being preferred if both system & per-user versions of the same activity exist.
The command "yum groupinstall sugar-desktop" will install the Sugar desktop environment along with a subset of these activities. This subset is marked with asterisks (*) below, and is current for Fedora 17. The "Sugar on a Stick" Fedora Spin uses the same group install & subset.
