  1. Should this test detail any specific packages that need to be installed first?
  2. Step#1 lists System->Input method. Should that be System -> Preferences -> Input Method instead?
  3. Also for step#1 ... I'm new to that dialog, how do I change the locale? Are additional steps needed through that application?
  4. Step#2 - Perhaps rewording to a specific desktop text editor? Perhaps choose 1-3 editors which are different or use the input layer differently (i.e. gedit, gvim, openoffice.org). Alternatively, choose gedit, and then a suggestion to try an additional editor?
    • Make some changes in the bar - Can you add more detail to this step, I'm not clear on the terminology?
