The instructions here for branching a document are different from those detailed in Branching a document in git. Using create-tx-configuration

Much of these steps can be eliminated by just using the create-tx-configuration program to create the .tx/config file. Should we tell people to use that program instead of all the steps? --Sparks (talk) 03:56, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
