Tuffy MH3 is a sans-serif font. Tuffy, modified and expanded. There is a newer version with even more extended latin characters: Tuffy6. The link below links to the posting of Tuffy5, the second reply contains a link to Tuffy6. There also is a link to an even further extended font TUFF6LA1.TTF which contains various ligatures. I'm not sure if we want this version though as it uses some of the private unicode space and it is from a different author and I'm not convinced of the quality of his work.
