The Fedora Usability SIG (Special Interest Group) aims to provide coherence, accessibility and intuitivity for all people using Fedora and its associated resources. Fedora should provide a simple and coherent interface. Improving Fedora end-users experience is our job.

Become a Usability contributor

You can help the Usability SIG in several ways: coding, writing some documentation about Usability, testing and more. You don't need to be a programmer, all depends in which domain you would like to contribute. Usability SIG is also a meeting point between coders, artists and users to share their experience.

If you are interested in helping with this effort, you should complete the following steps:

  1. Join the desktop list.
  2. Join #fedora-usability channel on irc.freenode.org to get assistance and discuss with the members.
  3. Establish an account and sign the Contributor License Agreement (CLA) to be able to edit the wiki: http://join.fedoraproject.org/
