  • The %clean section SHOULD NOT be used.
  • The contents of the buildroot SHOULD NOT be removed in the first line of %install.
  • The Packager: tag MUST NOT be used.
  • The Vendor: tag MUST NOT be used.
  • The Copyright: tag MUST NOT be used. Use the License tag instead, as detailed in Packaging:LicensingGuidelines.
  • The Summary: tag value SHOULD NOT end in a period.
  • The PreReq: tag MUST NOT be used.
