Heherson is from the Philippines and works full-time as a Systems Administrator in Quezon City. Originally from Batangas City, university work led him to the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City and has since made a home in the former national capital.
Heherson is from the Philippines and is a System Engineer by profession. He has a degree in Public Administration from the [http://www.up-ncpag.org/main/ National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG)] and is a Red Hat Certified Engineer. Originally from [http://www.batangascity.gov.ph/ Batangas City], he now resides and works in Singapore.
 
He first came across Linux during engineering school (a long time ago) and has since rekindled his love affair with it during training at [http://www.bluepoint.com.ph/ Bluepoint Institute] under the tutelage of [http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EngelsAntonio Engels Antonio] and Kim Murga, respectively.
 
He hopes to contribute more to FOSS through the Fedora Project and is perpetually fascinated with the role of community, policy and education in supporting it.
