I am an information technology professional currently employed as a Systems Administrator by a K-12 school district in Western, NY. My areas of responsibility are:
* Server Virtualization
* Infrastructure Monitoring / Alerting
* Information Security
* Disaster Recovery
* Identity Management
* Wireless Access Points / Network Access Control


I am a Systems Administrator for a K-12 school district in New York State and a Free Software Advocate. I would like to see more K-12 educational institutions adopt Free Software.  
I currently use a mix of proprietary and open source solutions to accomplish my daily tasks.
