About Me

Hi Friends,
I am Debjit Saha, a Junior Undergraduate at Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. My course of study majors in Electronics and Telecommunication. But I love writing codes and debugging wot others have written. I have been a Tux freak for quite sometime now. In my free time I photograph the nature and stuff that seem quite obscure to me. Pink Floyd is the music which scrobbles the most to my last.fm profile. I am the in-charge and the administrator of the BIT Mesra Linux Users Group, which is by far the largest group for Linux users in Ranchi. I have been using Fedora since the time of fedora core 5. I am also involved in conducting talks and workshops in my campus and at other places regarding Fedora deployments, installations and tips and tricks.

Talks and Workshops

==> Conducted an Installfest and gave a talk on Fedora 10 and its features at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Vile Parle, Mumbai (India) (December 2008)
==> Conducted an workshop on how to go about a new Fedora Installation at BIT Mesra (October 2008)
==> Conducted an Installfest at BIT Mesra (September 2008)
