Starting in 2010, until launch in June 2014, I worked as a development coordinator for what would become Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. | |||
Since late 2013, I've been the manager of the [[Fedora Engineering]] team. I spend most of my Fedora time providing light direction, internal and administrative support, and roadblock-clearing for the team members. I see my job as helping them (1) be maximally successful at their jobs, and (2) develop as Red Hat associates and professionals. | |||

I joined Red Hat in February 2008, and until July 2010, I served as the Fedora Project Leader and chairman of the Fedora Project Board. Starting in 2010, until launch in June 2014, I worked as a development coordinator for what would become Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
