About Me

My name is John Watzke. I am from Austin, TX. I have been using Linux for about 14 years now. My first Linux distro was Red Hat Linux 3. I miss the "Redneck" language option and wish I could see it in a Fedora installer ;-). I'm a software developer so I use Fedora as my main development machine. I find it helpful to be close to our production platform which runs RHEL.

Activities within Fedora

I often test out various alpha releases to try to shake out bugs and report them. I'm also looking to start some package maintenance activities.
