Name suggestions for Fedora 14

Hi Paul,

I wonder why some name suggestions (e.g. ‘Alfvén’ or ‘Lausanna’) that got a ‘initial approve’ were not approved by the board. Did the people from the board select their six prefered names for the ballot?

That's correct, Raphael. The guidelines for release names, as linked from the name suggestions page, describe the process. The Board decides on a shorter list and passes that to Red Hat Legal for clearance for the voting ballot. --pfrields 16:34, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

thanks for your reply. I must have been blind that I did not notice the concerning paragraph. Shame on me! :) By the way, could you please verify my edit at guidelines for release names? The link to the voting page seemed to be at the wrong place.
