Challenges Faced

These are some of the challenges faced by our contributors in the APAC region for the past year.

Open Source is popular in China in a wrong way	Enterprises use Open Source as a way to get people's attention for joining events etc., but they do not actually do much to Open Source in events, they simply promote their commercial products. Lack of packagers.	Lack of contributors. For example, gcin input method is still popular in Taiwan, but the package is not maintained and hard to enable in GNOME. Unsure how to improve	zsun: We have several active packagers in mainland China, and I think we might be able to get that package maintained. Let's talk about it later.
