Detailed Description
- IBus now will support the deleting surrounding text feature with the Wayland input-method protocols.
- IBus now will support the pre-edit semantic values for the Wayland input-method protocols (already in 1.5.33).
- IBus now shows some annotations in the Emoji lookup table.

Benefit to Fedora
This change will provide the input-method features in some Wayland desktop environments likes KDE, Sway, Hyprland, COSMIC desktop environments and show users some information of Emoji. (GNOME does not use the Wayland input-method protocol.)

How To Test
IBus pre-edit colors
1. Log into Plasma Wayland desktop session 2. Run ibus-setup and enable ibus-anthy 3. Run systemsettings and select "Colors & Themes" -> Colors and enable a theme with a different selection color 4. Show a pre-edit text with ibus-anthy engine
Emoji annotation information on IBus candidate popup
1. Press Super-period shortcut key and type some emoji annotation and space key x 2
User Experience
This will provides more color selections with the desktop configurations and users can identify Emoji characters with the annotation information.
