The Fedora Council has moved to a once per year elections schedule. The next elections takes place at the end of the Fedora Linux 44 release cycle:

The elected positions cover Fedora's subprojects not under the engineering or outreach banners (Documentation, Translation, etc.), and the community at large. One specific responsibility is to represent the voice of individual contributors to the Fedora project. Each representative may also work on specific goals they may bring to the Council as highlighted during the election process.

See the Council docs for more details regarding Council goals and structure.
