Template for SIG update emails

This is a template for what a SIG update email should look like. This is an email sent by someone involved in each active SIG every month or so to the devel list. The purpose of the email is to show what the SIG has been up to for those that aren't (yet) involved in it, and to point out things that the SIG would like to see to help them moving forward.

This is just a suggested format, feel free to adjust or use whatever format you think suits your SIG better.
