From Fedora Project Wiki

The admonition that maybe you know what belongs here probably doesn't belong in the release notes, so I removed the following language:

__________

Maybe you know what should be on this page?
The Fedora release notes are a collective effort of dozens of people. You can contribute by editing the wiki page that corresponds to this part of the release notes.

This section has not been updated for Fedora 25 by the beat writer (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats#Beat_Assignments). If you have some ideas or knowledge of what should be in this part of the release notes, you are encouraged to edit the wiki directly. Read https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats/HowTo for more information, then get an account and start writing.

__________

I did, however, leave in the admonition that you should check for yourself. For Postgres it looks like a blind update from 9 should be no problem (but I didn't try it myself). The MySQL upgrade looks a little scarier.

Although there are other databases in Fedora, I don't believe there are any servers.
