Update the Fedora Desktop User Guide

The Fedora Desktop User Guide needs to be extensively rewritten to reflect the manner in which Fedora is now packaged.

1. GNOME can no longer be assumed to be the default desktop manager, although the majority of users will probably use it.

1. KDE is featured much more prominently as a desktop manager. The KDE Live CD is one of the two official Live CDs released as part of Fedora 7.

1. Xfce continues to be packaged for Fedora and can be selected at installation time as a desktop manager. It is very likely that there will be an Xfce Live CD in the near future.

1. A first-time Fedora user may be booting from a Live CD or USB stick with either GNOME or KDE as the desktop.

1. Finally, Revisor, the new custom spin creator, gives the user tremendous flexibility in the choice of desktop managers and "default" applications.

Because of these new realities, there are major updates and restructuring needed in the Fedora User Guide.

We need volunteers to take a small section of the FUG and give it some loving care.
