Make stronger policy/guideline that ABI/API/soname breakage should always be announced fedora-devel-announce (not f-d-l)

FESCo declined this proposal by a 5.5-0 vote (with one abstention), mainly as the proposed solution was deemed unlikely to be effective.

How to deal with Requires.privates in pkg-config

FESCo voted 7-0 to leave the package as it currently stands.

Lenient hash check for noarch subpackages

FESCo declined this proposal with 4 negative votes and one abstention, on the premise that all noarch packages should require such checks, not just noarch subpackages.

Dennis Gilmore's de facto participation as the LSB representative for Fedora/FESCo was formalized by a 6-0 vote.

Document "Rawhide cannot go backwards" rule

FESCo approved documenting this policy by a 6-0 vote. Josh Boyer volunteered to write the documentation.

Would be good if there was an acl for "let all packagers edit this package" in pkgdb

This was tabled until after a threat assessment could be made. Mike McGrath volunteered to do the threat assessment.

ext4 default filesystem - review

FESCo was fine with the current status of ext4; no change to the feature's status for Fedora 11 is required.
