L10N team is now actively working on several tasks. According to these changes, this guide needs to be updated.

The following items have been idenitified to be updated/looked after. Please input any information you have, thoughts, ideas. Please refer for full details, [2] .

Introduction (updating by n/a)

Ideas

[Mustafa and all who can take a lead of this idea, please proceed newly created next stage updation page]

a) The Introduction chapter should treat the reader as newbie who is new to Translation or also to Fedora Projects. He needs a user friendly tutorial not a geek's man page.

b) A couple of themes should be clear in his mind before putting his hands on work.

c) The story should be told with the help of graphical symbols and illustrations.

d) The software tools one need to master to efficiently work in FLP. Especially a comprehensive tutorial on Installing, configuring and using SCIM.

Ideas

[Mustafa and all who can take a lead of this idea, please proceed newly created next stage updation page]

a) This Section should be EXCLUDED. This section should be excluded from TQSG and formed as "Joining Guide" for the sake of point c.

b) Again the whole story should be user friendly with the help of tutorial style and graphical illustrations.

c) The Joining Guide should be a single one for every project. Not individual how to join page for every project. The guide books will have two major parts. In 1st part user will take an eye bird's view of whole Fedora Project System. He will learn the essential steps to get entered into Fedora Project System. The 2nd part has further categories for every project. At first the user learns about all the projects and then decides to pick and learn how to join a particular project. If he choses FLP then he is presented the TQSG. The TQSG starts with his own Introduction and take the user on visit to the FLP project area so, the user learns the whole story in an interesting way. Now he is guided towards the Specific Steps needed to join the FLP(as described in Introduction's Ideas section).
