My prefer enviroment is gnome and xfce. I have made a test: A person who doesn't now anything about computers , only go to the internet and write. I have give to her a kde linux enviroment: She makes confuses I have give to her a gnome linux enviroment: Perfect I have give to her a xfce enviroment: Perfect
So , I think that can be great :)
