This test case ensures that the user is able to boot into run level 5 with the new shim update on UEFI and secureboot enabled.

Setup

Flash an USB drive with Fedora 34 Pre-release image

How to test

Be as specific as required for the target audience.

  1. Flash any USB with Fedora 34 Pre-release image
  2. Try to boot into to a UEFI machine with secure boot enabled

Expected Results

The following must be true to consider this a successful test run. Be brief ... but explicit.

  1. Ensure the GRUB version is up to date
  2. The system boots into runlevel 5
  3. Secure boot still is enabled
