A maior parte do conteúdo feito para o Fedora é originalmente produzido em Inglês, isso inclui o instalador da distribuição e as suas ferramentas de configuração. Esses elementos são traduzidos  com a finalidade de fornecer uma maior acessibilidade para o uso da distribuição no Brasil.
