Description

This test case is to check that characters/fonts are correctly displayed and translated in desktop.


How to test

Desktop could be GNOME, KDE, Xfce, etc.

  1. Choose your language when logging in from GDM
  2. Check the fonts/rendering/characters on desktop such as menus and the names.

Expected Results

  1. Desktop starts in your selected language
  2. Characters are displayed and rendered properly on desktop.
