Q: NetBeans Release Roadmap http://www.netbeans.org/community/releases/roadmap.html tells 'bout 6.8 at autumn, 2009. Does Fedora will ship the 6.7 release? A: Fedora 12 will be shipped with the latest existing release of the NetBeans, i.e. the NetBeans, version 6.7.1. Note, the feature freeze in Fedora has already happened, but only 6.8M1 was available at that moment. We don't like to include non-final version in the Fedora. I hope, packaging of the version 6.8 for Fedora will be provided immediately after the final release of the NetBeans 6.8.
