Follow the instructions from [[QA:Testcase_Workstation_Graphical_Upgrade]].
You can start by following the test case mentioned [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_Workstation_Graphical_Upgrade here], execute the test case and post your results in the test day [http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/8 results page].

Furthermore, try to explore and test different approaches and/or edge cases (for example, what happens if you don't have enough free disk space?).

== Reporting bugs ==
== Reporting bugs ==

If you have problems with any of the tests, have a look at the list of reported bugs [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/showdependencytree.cgi?id=1308538&hide_resolved=1 in Bugzilla] and in the [http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/8 results page]. If you don't see it, please a new bug to [https://bugzilla.redhat.com Bugzilla], probably against <code>gnome-software</code> component. Add bug [[rhbug:1308538|1308538]] to the ''Blocks:'' field. If you are unsure about exactly how to file the report or what other information to include, just ask on IRC #fedora-test-day or #fedora-qa and we will help you.

== Test Results ==
Visit the [http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/8 result page] and click on the column title links to see the tests that need to be run: most column titles are links to a specific test case. Follow the instructions there, then enter your results by clicking the ''Enter result'' button for the test.

| {{result|pass}}<ref>Only a minor thing: During the download, in the Software app, the Installed tab shows the word "Installing" whereas the Updates tab shows "Downloading Fedora 24". Maybe the Installed tab should also use the word "Downloading"? (But I like the progress bar along the button in the Installed tab.)

I think someone else mentioned that it would be nice to see more detailed progress info, just to comfort the user that the d/l didn't get silently stuck or hung.

Upon post-upgrade reboot, Gnome Notification center showed that OS was updated, clicking on it => List of installed updates.

| {{result|warn}}<ref>{{bz|1335414}} The upgrade went fine. Initially, after enabling the copr, logging out and back in, gnome-software threw up a notification. On opening the app and clicking on "download", though, it threw an error - didn't give any details, though - looks like the bug that Kamil has filed already. I restarted and then it worked OK. The upgrade went OK - showed the percentage in the top left corner. Then it rebooted and everything seems OK now. The wiki page says it should notify the user about broken packages, but it didn't seem to tell me anything. I had vlc etc. from RPMFusion installed, and they're broken for F24 - they're not on the system any more, so I assume --allowerasing or something similar is enabled. The rest looks good - nothing broken, no real issues.</ref>{{result|pass}}<ref>The upgrade went fine.
