  1. create release branch
  2. Pull en_US source from master
  3. ensure source builds
  4. pull completed POs
  5. test to ensure translations build
  6. tag the release
  7. wget the source and perform a mock build
  8. rpmlint resulting package
  9. push the tarball to scm
  10. scratch build in koji
  11. branch build in koji
  12. push to testing
  13. announce availability for testing
  14. push to stable
