The following list of items are to be handled by the Chair of the Fedora Board immediately once the composition of the new Board is decided by elections and appointments each term.
- Send an email to the Board private mailing list to thank departing members, and to inform everyone the list and group memberships are about to change
- Make changes to the mailing list
- Make changes to the FAS Board group
- Make changes to permissions on the Board issue tracker
- Make changes to the History of Board seats
- Make changes to the IRC access list on channels listed in Board public IRC meetings
- Send an email to the Board private mailing list to notify all members changes have been completed
