From Fedora Project Wiki

L10N QA Test Day is designed for translators to maintain high standard of translation quality. This is a day long event where translators and testers review latest translation currently being developed using a image composed specifically for this event. A course of actions, pull latest translation, repackage and push back to koji is requested to all Fedora package maintainers. And then the image is composed by Release Engineering and presented to Fedora Language Testing Group (FLTG). During this QA activity, translators improve their translation or file bug(s) for findings. It is the aim to make any change from findings by the translation deadline, making them available in final release. Please see the detail of Translation Deadline.
