How to test

  1. Go to S3 with command "pm-suspend --quirk-s3-bios"
  2. Return back from S3 by pushing the power button
  3. Plugin one USB device(1.0/2.0/3.0) to USB3.0 port

Expected Results

  1. USB device should work
