• robatino - Is rsync actually available on alt.fedoraproject.org (or on serverbeach1)? It doesn't seem to be. If not, this part of the page should be removed.

    • Can you give a specific example of a complete rsync command which actually works? I've tried several different files, and versions of the command, without success, even though I've used rsync successfully on the main mirrors, with the same syntax. I tried using the exact syntax on this wiki page, in addition to the syntax I normally use. Does rsync work on any of the content on alt, or just the rawhide images? Also, do the same commands you are able to use successfully on alt work also on serverbeach1? --robatino
    • I figured out that it works if I fix the path by deleting "/pub/alt", not just "/pub" as indicated in the wiki page. I was unable to get it to work with serverbeach1. --robatino
