Hi, did some tidy ups to the text, and added a dot point for the required maintainer's response; for maintainers who are typically overloaded, we should at least be able to get a:
- i understand the problem, but it is more difficult than you think
- i will get a chance to look at it [when]
- i have sent a patch upstream (upstream, upstream), and expect a release [when]
or something similar.
