Following wiki standards
I tried to make this SIG's space reflect the guidelines at Help:Wiki structure, since I'm hoping to use it as an example of what a good project wiki page looks like (and how it stays maintained).
Page naming was the trickiest issue. I made #REDIRECTs of things like Education SIG point to SIGs/Education, in lieu of moving tons of pages. This seemed the quickest way to get equivalent results, but I'm open to better ways to do this.
I also put everything in Category:Education.
What else should be done? What have I missed? Please pitch in!
