Should this page be updated to indicate that scsi-target-utils essentially supersedes the now obsolete iscsi-target from rpmfusion and that migration to scsi-target-utils is possible and seemless? I followed the 1,2,3 and it all worked flawlessly :)

  • jlaska - This page provides instructions on how to setup iSCSI targets using scsi-target-utils, it doesn't mention using the rpmfusion iscsi-target package or provide a recommendation on using a particular iSCSI target solution.

SELinux

The SELinux need to be documented. It's a big problem since there is no SELinux boolean or anything of a kind. One is left blind regarding this. Renich 08:59, 7 February 2012 (UTC)

Chech this out: http://www.chesterproductions.net.nz/blogs/it/sysadmin/configuring-iscsi-targets-and-initiators-on-fedora-16/455/ Renich 08:59, 7 February 2012 (UTC)

jlaska - Great link, thanks for sharing. I'm afraid I'm not extremely familiar with defining a custom policy. We can update this page to point to the link above, or adjust the suggestions to fit the style of this page. Suggestions/patches welcome. Feel free to make edits directly if you are comfortable doing so.
Well, I reported the bug and everything is going to be corrected: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=788013 Renich 06:14, 10 February 2012 (UTC)

Libvirt

Virt-manager seems to take care of setup for use with it. I know it may not be in the scope of the article but, maybe, some mention perhaps? Renich 08:59, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
