I'm South African, Krugersdorp-ian to be exact (west of Johannesburg). I'm 17, a high scholar, a public speaker. Avid about Linux developments, especially Fedora. Hoping to be an ambassador for Fedora.

Why do I love Fedora?

  • Reliability - Fedora is great for when I have presentations. I can always depend on my Fedora computer to work because, well, it just works.
  • It's virus-free technology - Some teachers opt for other high scholars to put their flash drives into my computer because they know it "magically" doesn't get viruses. It's not magic, it's just the power of Fedora.
  • Look and Feel - GNOME has really gone from strengh to strengh, GNOME 3 leaves everyone amazed.
  • Wacom Touch Integration - For the artists out there who love to digitally illustrate, they use Wacom tablets. Again, something that "just works" with Fedora.

I've been using Fedora since 2007 [Fedora 7 (Moonshine)] and I've loved it ever since. Hoping to study BSc Computer Science at a South African university or perhaps, if I'm lucky, study overseas.
