Who I Am
My name is Armel Traoré. I am from Cote d'Ivoire in the western region of Africa where French is the official language. I am working as a translator since 2009. Though I am not an IT specialist, I fell in love with Lunix years ago. I first started using Ubuntu before moving to Fedora.
'Why becoming a Fedora Amabassador'
Beside other lunix os, I found Fedora easy to use. And since I am in a country where the prize of a Windows os is very high, using Fedora and other lunix systems will help people and companies avoid spending huge amount of money.
What I Can Do for the Fedora project
As a translator, I will be translating the materials in French so as users can easily access to them and therefore break the language barrier. I will also spread the word about Fedora in organising events both with students/universities and companies.
