Hello.
My name is Kenneth Holmqvist, I'm 22 years old. I work at a company called Nilpeter in Denmark as a Computer Technician trainee. I'm going to graduate in 4months and I'm excited about that. The education takes nearly five years so i have been in the IT business since early 2007.
I'm usually maintaining Linux Servers, and a few Novell Netware and MS Servers. I use fedora at my work machine and it gets the job done :) I'm also maintaining our internal network infrastructure and doing a bit user support. So i know how to support and handle people cause they learn in many different ways.
I have build my own webpage in my spare time mainly in PHP and HTML. But i don't use much time on it.
My Linux experience started in 2002 when i was attending a LAN party and i saw a Debian machine and it quickly got my attention. I stopped playing games with my friends at the LAN Party and used the whole night reading about Linux and the different distributions. I had a few tries with Debian, but i kept ending up with Xorg problems. So one of the other guys gave me a bunch of Redhat Linux 8 or 9 discs and i started installing it.
I have talked a bit with Kris Thomsen (Danish translator). About translation, but that's not what i want to contribute with. I would probably like to help with support.
